All the arts here are new and drawn by Huang Hai!

Yes, the case art is the ultimate design 😃

Huang Hai did another blue/white art. I was surprised it wasn't used.

The slip art is a bit disappointing -- not sure what they can do to make it worthy. The blue/white sounds interesting...

Gutted I missed this one - have to say I LOVE the scanavo full slip case art. Would have love to have seen that as the full slip art, would have be so unique and has they wonderful Japanese style to it.
huge congratulation to the designer in this one again, been some really gorgeous art on some of the recent releases

The GB was open for almost a full month. Frankly I'm surprised we didn't get more requests.

Wes Anderson is one of my favourite directors but IoD is probably my least favourite of his films - I was really waiting on the artwork before deciding whether I wanted to have it as part of my collection (after buying the horrible standard steelbook release which I would be very, very happy to replace 😆) - sadly by the time I’d seen the art, it was too late

Yes, I get that. Unfortunately it's not always possible to hold open a GB until we receive the beauty shots. For me, I really love this movie so I was willing to take the leap of faith.

I sympathize too. Mr. Fox has grown on me over time, but Isle Of Dogs really hasn't. Probably because I'm a cat person. LOL But I do marvel at Wes' use of pseudo Japanese culture  and extent of detail in Isle than Mr. Fox. A lot more 'eye candy' when you start looking at the backgrounds and such.
