The steelbook is dreadful. Can't wait to add an MLIFE digipak to my collection! I hope they go ALL OUT. There is great art available for this movie.

This release is going to be designed by HUANG HAI again!!!!

He did Ne Zha for Diskino =)

From the draft I saw, it is very abstract, very unique and very different 😍

MLIFE - Isle of Dogs Ultra limited copies.

4 hours notice and it's closed. Luckily I knew I wanted this and ordered before seeing the artwork -- because it's MLIFE and the art for this movie is great, but the steelbook was a shame.

I wish they would use the case art for the full slip. Textured and heavily embossed would have made it one of the best slips ever! It's probably too late for that due to a problem with the print run. Lucky to have this for sure! Thank you MP!!

All the arts here are new and drawn by Huang Hai!

Yes, the case art is the ultimate design 😃

Huang Hai did another blue/white art. I was surprised it wasn't used.

Pretty happy with Criterion's release of Grand Budapest. And still have yet to see Moonrise Kingdom - though it looks intriguing! But can't say I'm a complete fan of all of Wes' movies. Rushmore was cute, Life Aquatic just seemed 'sunken', and The Royal Tennenbaums - WTF??? But Mr. Fox, Grand Budapest, and Isle Of Dogs are my 3 faves of his so far!

You forgot The Darjeeling Limited. Budapest is my absolute favorite and I love the Criterion release. Have yet to see his two animated films.
