The first release comes with an amaray case, and later (probably not soon) release comes with WEA Steelbook. The steelbook art had been originally the cover art from the amaray case slip, but the artwork had been constantly refused by Lionsgate company. So they had an idea to use it on the amaray release for the urgent consumers, and still working on their another artwork that satisfies both of Lionsgate and consumers. I don't understand why Lionsgate is especially so picky on Plain release, by the way.
