Scorpion Releasing revealed on their Facebook page that they have been working on a remaster of the legendary Italian director Dario Argento's 1987 film, OPERA, for a U.S. Blu-ray debut.

Scorpion are producing the new edition for a release through the Code Red label. Along with the remaster, they are also putting together new bonus material, as well as licensing archival interviews, for what they “predict” to be a three-disc set! And in a possible Steelbook! ?

Another Red Sonja movie is in the works thanks to Wonder Woman !

Millennium Media (the rights holders of the character) and CineLou are putting a new movie with the character on the fast track as they look for a new director and writer. Millennium’s Avi Lerner (who will also produce) said that thanks to the success of WONDER WOMAN they are ready to bring the character to the modern era as audiences have made it known they crave female-led superhero movies:

"We have been waiting for the right time for this remake, and with the success of WONDER WOMAN, the audience has spoken. They want female heroes."
