These were sold through several retailers, not just Zavvi. Amazon UK and Vice Press are your best options. Vice Press sell the edition bundled with the poster exclusively.

These f**kin rating logos… how I hate them. I’m not planning on getting any title of this new batch so at least I spare myself the aggravation of seeing these diminish what is otherwise a nice package.

Yeah, I've never understood the propensity to plaster them on every surface of a release. They are indeed an eyesore

They also were available at DiabolikDVD.  Amazon UK cancelled a couple of mine of the first four IIRC.  I ended up getting them from Jesse later.  Just fyi in the US . . . it happens.  Looks like we have a bit.

Agreed.  They really kill the flow of the look.  

 

Another thing . . . when you remove the slip, there is no title on the spine.  With the slip you have the title and the ratings logos on the spine, or remove the slip and have no ratings logos and no title.

I don't think there's any real use to keeping the slip to be honest, it's just ugly distorting the inner beauty. ...and look at me being all romantic! 😎
