Who or whatever the situation caused in the past, taking the money seemed to be easy for you but explaining why the "mentioned situation" came up and how you'll solve it would have been your job (in the past), not the customers !!!
Now, after a long long time its so easy to say "just contact me and we will see how..." Again: thats your job ! you got all the requests/orders from the past and already have ALL contacts you need. And again...getting/spending the money from customers without giving anything to them seemed to be no problem for you. Think about that before you try to get new customers who do not know what happened in the past. This is not a trustworthy basis to run a business.

You are funny. Running a business and not knowing who your customers are. If I have an order at your "store" ? Hm, you should know it best. Or dont you have an order list/database ? Then it would also explain why YOU did not contact YOUR "customers" directly. Its amazing how some people think they can run a business...
