I just came back from watching "Avatar: The Way of Water".

 

 

I really enjoyed it. A very immersive experience and refreshing to see something presented so sincerely without the need for a joke or quip to undermine every emotional beat.

 

The action-packed and emotional final hour is worth the price of admission alone. I hope Cameron gets the chance to continue his planned series of films.

 

And the sneak-peek of Nolan's upcoming "Oppenheimer" was the cherry on top.

I've already seen bootleg copies of the trailer and IMAX prologue for Nolan's Oppenheimer circulating on the internet.
