Not a musician, I just love the movie and I generally like Damien Chazelle’s work. JK Simmons performance in this is simply incredible. 
 

I was jonesing to rewatch Whiplash the other day and past me would’ve gone on Amazon and ordered the standard amaray… but now, MP has given me that insatiable itch to seek out premiums whenever possible. It has begun!

Yeah.  I am actually getting ready to go to my Wednesday night dad band practice (it's on Thursday this week).  Some here know I have a game night every other Wednesday, on the other Wednesday we do a dad band.  There are 7 of us, and who ever shows up jams and it's so much fun.  Were terrible most of the time but it doesn't matter.  We're the best band in my buddy Rob's garage, that's enough for us.

 

You've got good taste if you like Whiplash IMHO my man.  I look forward to your future receptions . . . and losing to you in the Bond thread.

Very nice haul! I love that Friday the 13th Set! Check the discs out though, you might need replacements as the original run problems on some of the discs. Just in case, here is a link to the replacement request:

I often like em much more then steels when they have nice finishes with Spot Gloss or embossing and

the extra info in the book part is also added value compared to naked steels.
