KINGPIN's Lair. Will be updated frequently with my pick-ups.

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone.  Thought I would just use one thread to post what I pickup.

I'm not what I would say is a serious collector of anything specific.

I buy what I like and what catches my eye.

I really, really wish someone would make a limited edition or special edition of the original Karate Kid.

Mr. Miyagi(Pat Morita) was the coolest dude.  RIP

Today's mailbag.

Nice arrivals and collection, you have some awesome stuff ? And I could not agree more on what you said, I also want a cool edition. Why can't somebdy make at least a decent Steelbook with all 4 movies.

Nice additions there @Kingpin!

Who makes that Man of Steel? Really like that one.

The image is my desktop monitor.  40" 4k.

Image is Anne Hathaway as Cat Woman.  Perrrfect!!!  ?

Man of Steel is a Manta Lab Full slip 3D/2D.

I took the protective sleeve off with the Manta Lab sticker so it shows better.

Personally I take whatever is available metal pak or Steelbook.

Does anybody use these same steelbook holders?

I'm a little worried that the little plastic prongs in front are going to leave indentations in the covers?

I don't have them jammed up real tight but still worried nevertheless.

I guess if I have a piece in a steelbook protector I don't have to worry.

I don't think it should really be an issue especially if the steelbooks are in protective boxes. If you're still worried maybe try something like these on  the prongs that rest against the steelbook? Not sure how well it would work but that's the first thing that popped in my head.

It's a good idea and I do have some felt pads here I can cut to size.

I don't have enough Protective Boxes yet.

I need to get some more.

Great haul! I keep eyeballing those back to the futures, but they never have part 1 in stock. I may just get the triple pack.

I was the same.  I found the first one for a crazy price on Ebay and scooped part 2&3 from Zavvi.

BTW I have got something coming soon hopefully that you will like I think.
