1917 (Novamedia Exclusive #29) (WEA Blu-ray Steelbook) [Korea]
GuyIncognit0 replied to cypheria078's topic in Novamedia
I agree. I was only slightly leaning toward the lenti when I made my decision because I thought the effect might be pretty cool. That video doesn't impress me much so I switched to the FS. I'm also not a huge fan of the Skyfall reference, but I wouldn't be shocked if the studio wouldn't approve the slip without it. I realize the fanatics edition and nova's lenti don't have it, but I'm not one to try to make sense of studio decisions (if that's the case). -
This and That (Where Great Conversations Are Happening)

I have a feeling that I might develop something similar. “Weet” might now cause me to think of something much more enticing than cereal... You might see me at the top of Weet group buys for a bit 🤣 -

I've been staying up way too late and spending too much time here. At first, I thought that said "Weet Wednesday" -

Looks good! Could use one of those after today. On another note, I wish I were creative enough to come up with something like that... -

Good morning, everyone! I’m trying to explore this site a little more so thought I’d pop in here and see what’s going on. Hope everyone has a great day! -
Watched Logan's Run for the first time ever. I had it on my "to watch" list for a while and with a steelbook release coming up, I thought now was as good a time as any. I must say that I enjoyed it much more than I thought I would. So, now I can preorder the steel 😁

T1 was just an ebay purchase for me. I haven't seen that edition pop up very often so I shot the guy an offer and he accepted. You just have to keep an eye out. I can send you a PM later re: Sofa Cinema. It's my time to watch the kids while my wife relaxes, so, at the moment, I can only type while the kids aren't trying to do something stupid...which is rare 😜. Here's a direct link to the product though...https://www.sofacinema.com.tw/en/products/jurassic-park-ultimate-trilogy-steelbook-3bd

This thread is hot today!! Happy to see so many fellow psychos adding to their collection! As I hoped, HDZ's T1 came in today and I love that transitional lenticular on the front. Also was able to snag this JP steelbook collection from Sofa Cinema thanks to u/felixmontoya92 over in the steelbook subreddit. I know you're here under a different handle, so thanks for the heads up!

Cayenne-Fahrers Star Wars Corner
GuyIncognit0 replied to CAYENNE-FAHRER's topic in 'Star Wars' Club's Star Wars Stuff
Very late to the party here, but awesome collection! @CAYENNE-FAHRER That K2 figure pretty cool. I'm super jealous of the customs - especially the Rise of Skywalker steels. What kind of printer do you use to make those? -
Dunkirk (Manta Lab Exclusive #16) (WEA Blu-ray Steelbook) [Hong Kong]
GuyIncognit0 replied to Scary Hair's topic in Manta Lab
Agree with the fullslip @pygospa. I ordered the same and am really impressed with it. The small plastic film is a static cling "sticker" that is there to protect the lenticular. It's removable and similar to the plastic that covers the screen of a new iphone (though not as rigid) -
Dunkirk (Manta Lab Exclusive #16) (WEA Blu-ray Steelbook) [Hong Kong]
GuyIncognit0 replied to Scary Hair's topic in Manta Lab
I would need to be sold on Weet. Though not a fullslip, the backside of the Captain Marvel lenticular was a little underwhelming compared to this Manta. Every time I look at this Manta slip I notice something new - just a hint of foil in "Dunkirk" 😁 -

Right?! I was shocked it took only a week. Fanatics' 1917 took a month. Well-finessed. I like that. Perfectly sums it up! Ugh, of course, where are my manners? Ignore my shaky hands -
Dunkirk (Manta Lab Exclusive #16) (WEA Blu-ray Steelbook) [Hong Kong]
GuyIncognit0 replied to Scary Hair's topic in Manta Lab
Just received my full slip. This is my first Manta release and I am really impressed with it. They did a great job with the spot gloss, textures, and embossing. After looking at it for a while I noticed that even "A film by Christopher Nolan" is debossed - something you would miss by just running your fingers over it. Really great job and the pictures do it no justice. This is only my second fullslip (My premiums consist mostly of lenticulars) but this blows the other one (Blufans - Coco) out of the water. I can also see myself getting addicted to these lenticular cards that Manta includes 🙂 As always, thanks to all those who work so tirelessly here at MP to provide us with such cool stuff!- 345 replies
