What kills me is how people keep listing certain steelbooks for prices much higher than their value. Then one will come up for auction and the real value will be seen. Does everyone then bring their price down closer to market? Nope. So frustrating when you’re hunting down a particular steel.

Well, that's a major bummer. I was just looking at my Marvel WWA collection and have decided to part with it because I need the shelf room for other releases. Physical media is definitely taking a downturn. People prefer the convenience of digital over the improved audio/video of physical. But, I think the number of premium/boutique/steelbook collectors has increased within the past 1-2 years and I would say a fair amount of them are millenials/gen Z. Just look at the GB numbers here over the past 2 years - they have swelled. The resellers have gotten out of control and I think that has discouraged a lot of collectors. I agree with you that there have been too many releases of the same films and I believe that is why the Marvel WWAs are decreasing in value. The market is oversaturated with superhero releases, but I think everything else remains in pretty high demand.

I have definitely converted thanks to the tireless efforts of yourself, @Intentcoin, and a few others. Over the past several months I've received several high quality full slips and I've come to really appreciate them. They just feel superior in hand. That, and I've been getting frustrated with the fragility of lentis. I like to take them out every now and then to look at them and the simple act of pulling them out of an OC really begins to scratch them up 🙁.

Filmarena has been elusive, but the Avengers hardboxes get me there!

Glad yours arrived - looks amazing! Mine has landed in the States and should be here by Saturday! I think the included protector started with Tenet. Not 100% positive. It's wonderful though and I hope other retailers will follow suit.

Oh man, I’m jealous for so many reasons! I lived in CO for several years and did a tiny bit of cycling while there. Not even on the same planet as you distance-wise but enough to get a taste for the sport. I loved it and wish I did more of it while there. There’s no way I would ride here in FL because of the heat and crazy drivers. Anyway, appreciate the update! I’ll follow you on IG, but be sure to give us an update here every now and then as well. I’m sure I’m not the only one interested!

Haven't popped in here for a while but nice to see @Veum keeping this thread alive 🙂 I've watched several films lately: Limitless The Assistant American Gangster Fast Times at Ridgemont High The Nice Guys Spring Breakers The Gentlemen Can't Hardly Wait Most of them mainstream films but, believe it or not, all were first time viewings. I enjoyed most of them, one surprised me, and one I absolutely hated. I'll leave it at that. Too many films to post trailers and give my thoughts on each. 👍

While I’m happy about it, I’m in no rush to spend more money 😁 Plus, I want to have Inception in hand to see if I truly want to buy into UHD. It will be my first of theirs. So, take your time 🙂
