At the start of the pandemic, sometime back in March when the Toilet Paper Craze/Hysteria began, a single roll of toilet paper was sold for $1,000 for charity. 

 

A convenience store near me tried to stop people from panic buying or hoarding toilet paper by implementing the following rule:
