Moin zusammen! 

 

Oh wow, wieder eine neue Avengers Edition - wie spannend ...

 

Wie wäre es, wenn die Retailer sich mal ein paar Top-Filme vor die Brust nehmen, von denen es bislang noch kein einziges Premium gibt? Da würden mir sofort zehn Stück einfallen ... Aber nein, egal, ob es schon 20 verschiedene Avengers Editionen gibt - die Masse rennt denen ja auch beim 21sten die Bude ein ... Die Gelddruckmaschine läuft ... 

Da vergeht einem als Filmfan echt die Lust aufs Sammeln.

Im Prinzip gebe ich dir schon Recht, allerdings ist es in diesem Fall nur Konsequent, da Sie bis jetzt nur Marvel Versionen als Weet Exclusive hatten und Avengers IW war schon gebracht haben. In diesem Fall muss ich also, zumal es meines Wissens auch noch keine Premium Edition mit WEA Steelbook gibt.

How about if the retailers take a few top films in front of their chests, none of which are premium yet? I would think of ten pieces straight away ... But no, it doesn't matter whether there are already 20 different Avengers editions - the crowd will run into them even at the 21st ... The money printing machine is running ... 

As a movie fan, you really lose your desire to collect.

 

I'm in two minds about this.

 

On the one hand, for people like me who have missed out on previous premium editions for certain films/blockbusters, this is good news.

 

On the other hand, I, too, would love to see other films getting the premium treatment.

 

I also wonder, if like the movie and music industries, the sure-fire sales from the well-known premium releases allow studios/distributors to venture into other films, which, while may not sell as well as Avengers: Endgame, have just as rabid a fan base of collectors and can generate good revenue.

Na klar, mir gehts auch ums große Ganze. Sachen wie Apollo 13 werden von HDZ gecanceled (China-Rechte hin oder her), aber von den Marvel-Streifen kommt aus allen Ecken eine Edition nach der anderen. Natürlich ist da auch eine Menge persönlicher Geschmack von mir dabei und aus Sicht der Retailer ist es natürlich absolut logisch, die Cash cow zu melken. Allerdings ärgert mich genau das. Mittlerweile gehts da einfach nur noch um die Verkäufe und nicht mehr um die Filme - obwohl sich ein Premium von Scarface oder Goodfellas doch genauso wie geschnitten Brot verkaufen würde.

Ärgert mich einfach und verdirbt mir den Spaß am Sammeln.

Auf scarface und goodfellas warte ich auch auf was gutes. Manta hat ja mal scarface angekündigt
