Just signed a counter-offer and I’m in escrow for a house!!! Assuming nothing crazy happens with the appraisal, I might be in the clear. 🙏 Just being cautiously optimistic at this point. If it appraises at or around my offer amount, I’m all good to go. If something funky happens and it appraises to low, I’d need to back out. Wish me luck everyone! Hopefully I’ll know by next Tuesday. 🙏
