Memorial Day

Memorial Day is observed on the last Monday of May. It was formerly known as Decoration Day and commemorates all men and women who have died in military service for the United States. Many people visit cemeteries and memorials on Memorial Day and it is traditionally seen as the start of the summer season.

War am Anfang etwas bedenklich, nicht das es ein zweites Dunkirk wird (Dunkirk war nicht mein Ding) ... aber umso mehr ich von dem Film sehe (Trailer), umso größer die Freude auf den Film und wird definitiv auch ein Kinobesuch.

Ab und an gehen wir auch in den "French Room" und hinterlassen da eine kleine feine "Botschaft". 😁 Ist aber alles nur Spaß und ist schon so, seitdem ich das Forum hier betreten habe. Vielleicht kann ja Nils etwas zur Herkunft dieses "Brauchs" erzählen. ;)

 

Ansonsten gibt es die Group Buys, also vom MP Forum organisierte Käufe von Sondereditionen. Challenges =  kleine Wettbewerbe, um seine Sammlung zu präsentieren. Awards = dienen genauso, seine Sammlung zu präsentieren und dafür eben einen kleinen Pokal ins Profil zu bekommen. Zudem gibt es noch zwei Threads ("Zuletzt gekauft" und "Show us all your latest...") wo man seine letzten Neuerwerbe mit Fotos den anderen zeigen kann, um Appetit zu wecken. ;)

Wie sollte es anders sein, bietet das Forum natürlich jede Menge Infos zu Filmen, Sondereditionen, Steelbooks aus allen Ländern etc.

Schau DIch einfach mal um und wenn Fragen sind...scheu Dich nciht sie hier zu stellen. Wir helfen gerne ! :)

Nils, mir fällt da grad ein, gibts eigentlich sowas wie ein "Welcome-Package" ? Also eine Mail mit einer Art Linksammlung von allen wesentlichen Seiten inkl. der Guides und How-Tos'?

Just joking, I really forgot to mention you and I'm sad about it. When I drove to my parents I recognized I forgot one person who is there...everytime...you !

@jan_reinhardt Bitte vergiss nie den guten alten Mike ( @Veum ). Onkel Mike ist hier quasi Bestandteil des Inventars, also ein Stück reines "MP".

Den darf man nie vergessen. Sorry. :)
