If you want to see bad CGI then watch Indy V.

The train scenes and car chases are so bad it's almost funny. The riding scene with Ford's embarrassingly poorly painted face over the stuntman's is one of the many CGI laugh tracks in the film.

The problem with the de-aging in Dial of Destiny is that while they made Ford look younger, he still sounds and moves like an older man.

...and the de-aging is still one of the better cgi achievments.

That speaks volumes, doesnt it?

Half of the movie looks like a bad computer simulation.

Not computer game, as the characters seem to never be in any peril.

Where has all the budget gone??

Probably to Ford for having to appear in this turd.

Having seen the finished product, I d say he has earned every penny and then some.

The de-aging looks good when Ford's face is still.

It's as soon as he moves his eyes or his head that the illusion is broken.

The only convincing de-aging I've seen thus far is for Kurt Russell in Guardians Vol. 2 and Samuel L. Jackson in Captain Marvel.

Everything else seems to look off. Even with all the money they throw at these movies.

Spoiler

I just saw the best rejuvenation today in the last episode of Ashoka, which, by the way, in my opinion is the best thing that could have happened to Star Wars along with The Mandalorian
