@Caktus26 yes a very old TV series (not quite as old as me 😂 😆 😝 👴), Dark Shadows became the most popular daytime series of all time during its run on ABC here in the USA from 1966-71.

Interesting... I didn't know that. Usually I don't watch any TV series or movies that are that old. 😶📺

 

Do you remeber when the Coffins Set was released? If so, where did you buy it from? ⚰️

 

Also, did you watch the series during its initial run during those years (1966-1971)?

@Caktus26 according to MPI Home Video which is a leading distributor of DVD and Blu-Ray titles, featuring classic and contemporary films and TV shows. They show this particular coffin box set as being released in 2012 (I believe before this they were released by seasons?!).

 

You should beware of buying them from fleabay as there has been reported of bogus sets sold. MPI HOME VIDEO has all the authentic sets and are considered to be safe to purchase.

A thirteen year-old boy who has a recurring nightmare and a monster that tells him three stories to help him cope. It explores themes of grief, loss, family, and morality through stories of a king, a queen, an apothecary, and a monster.

An excellent but so sad of a story as I can see a lot of my childhood when my mom died of cancer also, except i was not able to see my mom as dying I just thought she was sick and would get better. 😔 🥲

Enjoyed Son of Kong fighting the prehistoric monsters but it took them way too long just to get to Skull Island and the characters were not up to…

I'll be honest the original with Sharon Stone Michael Ironside and Schwarzenegger will always be a classic nobody will ever change that and it will always be a favorite of mine. I have to agree though I like the one with Colin a little more due to the look and setting of that movie. The acting wasn't half bad either.

I enjoyed this 6th entry into the Apes saga as the lead of Noa was fantastic!
