well just watched the new midway film from 2019 Directed by Roland Emmerich. With Ed Skrein, Patrick Wilson, Woody Harrelson, Luke Evans. was redone telling as a story of history but in more detail of the persons in involved have to say this is done amazingly well. highlighting the people involved in a great new way to information i was not aware of. shows my lack of american ww2 history. i had seen the original midway film this is a distinct improvement on that imho by quite a bit. i suggest if in doubt you will want to see this for the story line alone. a firm 8 out of 10. good film, go watch it 👍 basil 👍

good morning all, hope everyone is having a good monday and staying safe 👍 done all the shopping this morning: fresh bread, milk, cleaning goods and cookies. well has to be done be rude not too wouldn't it! surprised my brains operating as well as i am now went to bed about 12.30 last night to let wife sleep and she jumps up at 5am saying clock alarm hasnt gone off quick quick quick. gets me up to check clock, then check its set correctly for 5.50am dozy bugger was confused so went back to bed for a bit hows everyone elses start to the week been hopefully less eventful than mine? all the best basil 👍
