Tales of the Jedi
GuyIncognit0 replied to GuyIncognit0's topic in 'Star Wars' Club's Stars Wars Discussion
Agreed on all points! I was more interested in the Dooku timeline than I thought I would be. I knew I would like the Ahsoka portion because she's already such a well-developed character. I especially liked But I really see some potential here. They could easily use this series to fill in or even improve some moments from the sequel trilogy. Leia training with Luke, Rey with Leia, some background on Captain Phasma, etc. Of course I'd primarily like to see some new characters but I'm not sure this series would be the best way to introduce that. It seems like the perfect way to fulfill the desire of some fans who only want content from the Skywalker Saga. Do that with this series and move on to things like Andor and The Mandalorian in longer series and feature films. -
Tales of the Jedi

It focuses on Count Dooku and Ahsoka. I'd say Count Dooku's timeline starts a little before episode I and ends after Episode I. Ashoka's timeline is a little more varied with it beginning with her as a baby and ending between the Clone Wars Series and Rebels. -
Has anyone else had the chance to go through this series yet? The episodes are only ~15min each so it's not much of a time commitment. I really enjoyed this series and see some potential for it in the future. Any thoughts?

Thanks for all of the pics! I agree that the art choices are lazy but it looks like the FS detail people showed up to work as usual!

This and That (Where Great Conversations Are Happening)
GuyIncognit0 replied to Masterblaster's topic in English
It pretty much landed on top of us but we didn't get much rain. I think most of the rain was on the northern side of the storm. We did wind up evacuating but only because of the storm surge threat. Everything turned out just fine (for us at least) though. It was an interesting day because that was also my daughter's birthday 😅. -

Mornin', all. Hope everyone is well today. -
Wish I grabbed these gloves earlier. The special fingertips are super helpful when taking photos.

Ok - I’m almost missed this fun challenge from @Trianna! Challenge #8 I wasn’t able to complete this challenge with premiums and my OCD won’t allow a picture of editions of various sizes so I decided to use regular steelbooks. Red: Turning Red (Best Buy) Orange: Hercules (Zavvi) Yellow: Tommy Boy (FYE) Green: Bambi (Zavvi) Pale Blue: Airplane Dark Blue/Purple: The Hunchback of Notre Dame (Zavvi) Pink: Mean Girls I organize my premiums alphabetically. I recently tried organizing by retailer to avoid a mixture of different sizes next to each other but I had a hard time figuring out how to make it work with my shelving. It also didn’t alleviate the size problem (I’m looking at you Blufans 😡). So, back to alphabetical until I can figure out something else.

I'm actually the same way and can barely function in hot weather. You can always add another layer when it's cold but you can only get so naked when it's hot. My parents and my in-laws are here and my wife wants to be near family so I'm stuck here for a while. Now that the kids are getting a little older I'm hoping that we can do an annual late fall/winter trip somewhere cold just so I can get a taste. For now, I just try to focus on some of the pros of Florida (Disney World, rocket launches, etc) -

They just keep coming back to this brutality. What a miserable existence to be in a jail like the one they showed in the last episode. Anyone have an idea as to what they are building? -

Can it be assumed that this will not have a slip cover since it isn’t pictured? It has been a while since I’ve gone after an amaray -
I'm very late to this one. Thanks for the challenge @Pbsw23! Horror isn't my thing but I have been trying to branch out a bit lately. Unfortunately I don't own many titles but I think I was able to scrounge up enough for a submission... I honestly can't remember the first time I was creeped out by a film since I avoided the genre for so long. That being said, there were a few "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" tv episodes that creeped me out as a kid. The Tale of the 13th Floor stands out because I was creeped out by the people without faces. If that doesn't count then I'll try to think about something else...from when I was an adult...and a wimp.

Happy weekend, psychos! Anyone have any exciting plans? Not much here - just a typical family weekend. We're just bracing ourselves for the yearly last-minute costume change from our daughter...😅 -
I HATE the lighting in this room 🤣. It is borderline impossible to get a good picture in here between reflections, shadows, etc. since the lights are at all different angles.

I'm slow to post these but, as you can see, I am not slow to open them 😂 Thanks to all involved here at MP!
