This new steelbook wave is truly ugly ? Every single movie has already far superior Steelbooks out there. Why can't they make Steelbook for Movies that don't have one yet ?

You don't like the glass of milk for Clockwork Orange? For a couple, the originals weren't much better. I kind of prefer the simple ax on the Shining vs the simple door. I know I'd prefer the cost at this point.

I actually did not check out all the Steelbooks when I posted, I saw Gremlins which is ugly, the original is much better and did not really like the others I saw. I think the main issue I have with these at the moment, is that they use some strange colors for background on some. Also most original had embossed fronts, which is cool. Anyway why always do the same movie, we need some that don't have Steelbooks yet. On many of these you can still find some Steelbook edition for low prices, and even most that are OOP are not that hard to find.

 

Sure for anyone still missing these it is a alternative instead of hunting down the other releases.
