The Walking Dead: The Complete Series (Blu-ray + Digital) [USA]

I have a serious problem with this series.

I followed it with devotion and watched up to season 8. The 7th had seemed weak to me, I no longer liked it so much.... but the 8th seemed disrespectful to the viewers and I didn't go back.

Spoiler

That episode in which Rick and Negan fight alone in the abandoned town, and Rick -with Negan unarmed a meter in front of him, still and unable to escape- is not able to hit him with the bat and succeed, seemed to me a scene typical of the "fantasy" part of "The Last Great Hero", when no one can hurt Arnie, only here it was sold as real.

Then, the dialogues of the last scenes of the last episode of the eighth season should be a legal cause for the Showrunner to be fired and forbidden to go near a TV studio for 780 years.

Of course, IMO. I have friends who followed it to the end.

And now I don't know whether or not to buy it when I can. I enjoyed the first 6 seasons immensely but then.... the disappointment was so great....

Buy to watch just a few? I don't know.

I stopped watching soon after you and will be passing on this set.  I just don’t see going back to this at all.  I’ve not watched any of the spin-offs either.
