I know I had to pay 1 GB that way and then the next GB payment allowed me to pay through PP (which I prefer and need)!! :)

pareil que toi. Personnellement j'ai un compte bancaire basique et Paypal me permettait d'éviter des frais bancaires. Dans mon cas je vais devoir payer minimum 10€ de frais si j'utilise Wave, plus des frais de conversion, alors que Paypal n'a que des frais de conversions qui sont en plus très faibles lorsqu'on a déjà de l'argent sur le compte. Sans compter l'argent que j'avais sur Paypal qui était reservé pour les Group Buy, que je ne pourrais donc pas utiliser ici.

Bonjour à tous,

Alors cette méthode de paiement ne me convient pas, je réglais via paypal et c’était très bien…j’aurai aimé être averti au préalable ou avoir à choisir entre deux méthodes de paiement…Avec celle-ci , je vais avoir des frais supplémentaires…etc…

Envoyez un message en anglais à @Masterblaster et expliquez lui la situation , c'est ce que @Veum a fait et il a de nouveau pu payer avec paypal , je lui en ai envoyer un moi même expliquant la situation .

 

@Apo pareil que toi et paypal permettant aussi de payer en 4 fois sans frais c'est vachement pratique pour certain groupbuy onéreux.

well im sure the most of you have heard the expression 

 

"damned if you do and damned if you dont"

 

Just to make one thing clear this change has nothing to do with any kind of changes in the EU .  Its merely OUR preferred way of sending invoices now .

 

WHY ? because it is alot easier for us and in the end hopefully less time consuming. 

 

Those of you who are complaining about YOUR extra bank fees, that is something you have to talk to your bank about.  Im GUESSING you are talking about an International transaction fee that you bank or Credit Card issuer collects everytime you make an overseas purchase.  Some Credit Cards do that (i have some too that do) and some dont , so maybe i would suggest to check out which ones dont (just generally speaking for other purchases as well). 

 

The conversion rate is a lot better then paypals that is for sure , paypal does not do what it does for free , read up on it if you dont believe me .  They MAKE their money through conversion rates and the only way to avoid that all together is to have a multi currency account. 

 

Actually for the normal person this new method has more payment options , (because it offers Apple Pay as well).  

 

I can see where pp brings a small advantage over other payment options in that it allows under certain circumstances a pay in 4 or so months which is of course great for the member who wants to use that function . 

 

Anyway that said , changes are coming , like it or not .  This is just the beginning of them . Some people dont adapt to changes too good (i admit i am one of those) but this unfourtantly will not stop the changes.  

 

If this method is unbearable for you then i dont have an easy answer for you , i wish i did.

but again you got a better real time conversion rate for your payment then you would have gotten with pp.
