Neuigkeiten zum Disc-Tausch / Back the future

 

Ich hatte Universal nochmals angeschrieben bzgl. des Austauschs der Discs.

Es scheint nun die Einsendung eines Kaufbeleges (also ohne postalische Zusendung der Discs) auszureichen.

Ich habe die Email, an welche der Kaufbeleg gesendet werden soll, zum eigenen Schutz nicht vollständig hier in der Antwort stehen lassen. Wer diese braucht, kann mir gerne eine PM schicken.

es hat eine Änderung gegeben. Sie können nun auch den Kaufbeleg als Scan an uns senden. (Getauscht werden alle drei Discs => Filme) Bitte schicken Sie uns dazu eine E-Mail mit angehängtem Scan des Kaufbelegs an:

@Cornbuster what edition do you have for this and what was wrong with your discs (if this is another recall, I’m getting so tired of this quality control issues with so many titles... what do we have a bunch of incompetent peeps running these... dumbing down is rampant I’m afraid 😔)?🤔
