Oh Mann, Zavvi geht mir wieder mal gewaltig auf den Geist. Vor 2 Wochen das Sherlock I Steel abbestellt, was dann schon "zu spät" war obwohl sie das Ding erst 5 Tage später versendeten.

Dienstag das Steel mit schönen tiefen Kratzern erhalten und reklamiert. In einer Rekordzeit von 48 Stunden dann das fabelhafte Angebot von 25 % Ersatz erhalten

für etwas das ich nun zu 100 % nicht brauche.

Habs ihnen jetzt leicht gemacht und Variante A 100%iger monetärer und Variante B 100%iger physischer Ersatz angegeben.

Bin gespannt wie die Antwort aussieht. Wahrscheinlich werden Sie Fragen ob ich ihr Anbot nun annehme oder nicht.....🙄😣

Das wird wohl die Reklamationsabteilung sein:

Thanks a lot. Language is ok. Will be watching in english anyway. Only thing I fear with foreign releases are fixed subs.

I’m not sure with the “fixed” subs though, would you want me to hunt my boxset up & take a peak for you... it would take awhile though?

 

All I can remember is I was happy w/them!

@hal56, I just took look on my region-free blu-ray player with the 1st disc of  Las Adventuras & you just need to put in the audio you want, of course I chose English and there are NO sub-titles on it Yeah!🙏

Absolut. Aber ehrlich gesagt, fände ich es schwach, hier nicht zuzugreifen. Wenn einem die Filme nicht gefallen ok, aber ansonsten spricht nichts gegen eine Anschaffung denn

A) die Slips und das Steel sehen erstklassig aus und B) der Preis ist auch ok. Knappe 46 Euro musst du bei uns auch in einer der seltensten Fälle, dass ein Steel mit 4k und 3d Combo angeboten wird hinblättern. Dieses Ding kommt dann sicher ohne Slip und mit wahrscheinlich wesentlich schlechterem Design.
