you can learn it all within 2 years easily, how wrong they where.

 

and as you say i dont fully trust google translate i put some in english took to german then translate that back to english and it was completely different.

hence why i mainly stay in the english room, i dont feel confident talking any other tongue if im honest.

Yep, this is exactly it.

 

On the rare occasion I do try to engage in a language I'm not familiar with, I try to keep the phrases relatively simple or choose ones that are common. Even then, I end up double/triple checking to make sure I'm getting across what it is I want to say.

Yeah, most of my friends got to learn either German or French while they were in high school. We had to learn Italian, which I've ultimately forgotten most of. 

 

I'm already bilingual, so taking on another language can be a bit of a challenge just in terms of having to persevere until you've become somewhat fluent in it.

Das HMV Steelbook gefällt mir am besten aber denke wird sicher ein mattes und ohne prägung sein. Habe denn Film noch nicht gesehen aber denke ich werde auf Manta, HdZeta und blufans warten und diese dann bestellen
