It was originally named Armistice Day in remembrance of the treaty that ended the First World War, November 11, 1918, and observed on the one-year anniversary. On June 1, 1954, the name was changed to Veterans Day and expanded to include all wars. Now, November 9^th-15^th is designated as Veterans Awareness Week, set aside for educational programs regarding the important contributions of veterans. 

Veterans Day is observed with parades, poppies, and special events. Wearing poppies to honor veterans was inspired by the poem “In Flanders Fields” by Lieutenant Colonel John McCrae. The bright red poppies contrasted with the bleak devastation of World War I. Veterans Day is a time for reflection on what it takes to protect this nation and its freedoms.  

Take the opportunity to thank the servicemen and women. 🇺🇸

Ich hoffe nicht, dass sich das bestätigt. Mit Versand ist man dann bei knapp 8000 CZK, völlig indiskutabel. Die WWAs sind zwar OK, aber geben auch kein Anlass zu Jubelstürmen. Der Preis wäre auch mit tollen Fullslips nicht zu rechtfertigen.

So heute ein paket von der DHL bekommen mit der Deadpool 2 DL Manta. Das dumme ist DHL hat das paket geöffnet und die schutzfolie wie auch denn slip geöffnet. Ich werde jetzt mal reklamieren aber ob es sich lohnt ist die andere frage

Ich hatte auch jede Menge geöffnete Pakete, aber  nicht der Artikel selbst. Vermutlich ein Einzelfall.

Die Edition ist unbeschädigt ausser das ich nun die Folie abmachen muss. Hätten es auch einfach aus der schutzfolie nehmen die ja manta dazu schickt. Zum glück habe ich noch ein MP protectiv Cover

Guten Morgen, eigentlich wollten wir heute etwas durch die Gegend fahren. Aber das hat gestern von 14.30 bis 20.00 Uhr geschüttet wie aus Schwimmbäder, das hörte einfach nicht mehr auf 😳 Nun regnet es noch leicht.... aber so nass wie das jetzt ist... macht das auch kein Spaß.
