My brother's ex made him watch the entire trilogy.

 

I'm pretty sure he pretended to enjoy them to impress her.

 

He tried appealing to my love of action films in order to get me to watch them (misery loves company, I guess).

 

Him: You know what? They're actually not bad. You'll like them. They have a lot of action in them.

Had to watch two  of them with my lady (could escape the first since she watched it with a few girlriends at the cinema)

And I have to say, the best part by far was when the screen faded to black and the credits came up.
