Did I mess up????

So, I have been watching this auction for a week now and it finally just ended as a few moments ago. I feel like I did extremely well on the purchase but that's why I am here. So I purchased a steelbook lot on eBay for $835.00 with free shipping. It contained 91 steelbooks all of which were factory sealed and in good condition. I feel like they are all relatively good titles so on the low end $25-$40 at original purchase. The full list and pictures of movies from the auction are as followed.

 

Do you think this was a good purchase on my end?

@extantsrevenge Awesome!! I got in pretty late in the Steelbook/movie purchase scene in general and only owned 19 of the titles in this auction. But I have relatively everything after that so it works out perfectly.

Hi @uBad , ...$835 for 91 sealed Steelbooks is @ $9 each so I would say you did good ,  specially as @extantsrevenge says you dont have items already .... some great titles in there and probably a few that are more difficult to come by .....what you don’t want you can sell on....hope they all arrive safe and sound ..... a good start to o a collection, ....... congratulations....

  I think you have alot of great titles, however I would have used that much $$ for some great Premium exclusives here on MP IMHO!

@Veum I totally agree with you! This wasn’t my only purchase. I did buy a gotg vol 1 & 2 nova media & weet one click sets.. I literally can’t wait until they arrive. Both low numbers, I paid $475 for both. 

 

Money is fortunately in a really good place right now where I can splurge a little for myself. I’ve been saving and investing so I will definitely still be looking and buying these premium exclusives. 

 

If I feel the need I can list each one on eBay at starting bid 9.00 and just let them all go and convert some of the more main popular titles into the premium editions from here! 😆

To  be fair I would do some research as you may have a few hidden gems in amongst your incoming treasure trove 🤗❤ .

 

Depending on retailer and edition you could be doing yourself a dis service with a $9  start price . 

 

Instead of heading  elsewhere  why not chance your luck here in our classifieds section  once you know what is what 😁❤

As already mentioned, invest some time in researching what sort of prices they go for. Hopefully you'll get some nice surprises!!!
