    My humble full slips. I think the criterion qualify since the digi slips inside a literal full slip. Not sure what my favorite is...probably Tinker Tailor.

    I want to say it’s because of the star and director. This movie used to be played and discussed so often and within the last five years it’s become almost verboten. BUT Brian Singer’s other movies just got lenticular releases from zavvi and I think Bohemian Rhapsody had a premium. So I don’t know! Usually Suspects rules and I want a Steelbook to replace my old blu-ray.

    Okay, so I bought Dirty Dancing as a blind buy from Best Buy, knowing only that Patrick Swayze is a mega watt movie star. What a friggin pleasant surprise!! This movie friggin rules!!! When he drops the famous line I legit got goosebumps and yelped. Nobody puts baby in the corner!!

    Hehe it’s fun and stressful. The store now ONLY lists the silver as an option for me - listed out of stock - though I have no idea on how you fancy tech folks operate the site 😂😂😂 I have a date in around 8 hours. Hope she understands me sneaking away to the bathroom often lol

    I think I know the answer, but tragedies about teenagers or kids just always mess me up so much more. Perhaps just the loss of innocence I suppose.

    Just finished Brighter Summer Day and now I just feel wrecked. I was moved from start to finish, though it took a couple days with that four hour run time. Might snag the Nova edition of it but I just need to stop crying first.

    Personal collecting goals exactly. I just traded my single lenti of Drive from manta for a sealed copy of the Mondo Drive. The manta might technically be worth more right now - and the Steelbook itself is gorgeous - but I’m looking for a complete Mondo collection, and lentis don’t quite do it for me. So for me it was an even trade.

    I actually was randomly awake and ordered the single lenti direct. Wasn’t super stoked by it and traded it with a guy for the Mondo! That FS though is stunning and the Steelbook itself 🤝

    Only advice is to try and get only what you truly love. There will ALWAYS be another premium coming out or an older one you hadn’t seen before. I was pumped for the Dark Waters release by Nova and finally watched the movie last night. I liked it but didn’t love it but could still feel myself going...”but it’s so pretty!” It’s ok to say no!

    I had to leave work with a scratched cornea. Doc told me to stay home and stay in a dark room so I did a double header tonight: 2 Fast 2 Furious (three friends are encouraging me to watch them all) and it was a lot more enjoyable and well made than I expected. John Singleton RIP! and then continued my Wong Kar-Wai run with The Grandmaster. Went with that cause of the trailer release for Shang Chi, so I wanted to go with a martial arts movie that also starred Tony Leung. That made it easy 😉 Just like my last two Wong films, I was left 🥺 by the end.

    Watching the Wahlberg Italian Job for the first time. I’m such a damn sucker for heist movies! So far so good. I even just got a custom Steelbook made of Sneakers.
