I agree they have been a pain recently. I understand both sides of the equation though, makes sense why they don't want it to be a "pick and choose" for us. At the same time, if it wasn't so expensive to get editions to us in North America i would be happy to sign up for almost every edition; if it means I get the rare ones I want. As much as I wish life worked that way it doesn't.

I am 100% with you though.

This hurt when i saw that you missed. I know what its like though, when you get knee deep into a project, especially one like you were doing. It is hard to stay connected with the outside world for a couple of days because you are just exhausted from working all day 🤣

I'm impressed with our numbers and its a great sign of the growth that is happening.

It will be interesting to see how the popular GB's will play out, like Blufans etc. We have been pretty blessed with our allocations up to this point, so i'm not too worried about our numbers moving forward for platinum's securing what they want. 

At the end of the day i am with @Hollywood E Rockwhen he said in the Platinum Power chat, easy decision to renew and happy to support MP's and keep the ball rolling forward.

@RAK Carl told me you were asking about your dawn of the dead request from...January. It says ordered on the sheet but I will take responsibility for this one, I don't think I put the request in to Carl because I thought it was the same boxset you ordered back at the end of last year.

I will go ahead and make sure he orders it. just to confirm this is the edition you want right?

I have been notified that the Take Shelter Secondsight Films box set edition was sold out rather quickly when we tried to secure it after your request. 

Carl told me Zavvi has it available, I am not sure if its the same "boxset" collectors edition though. I will post the link below,

When you make the request if you don't have the link just make sure you copy the title exactly as it is and then tag us in the info and questions like you did with a screenshot so I can make sure @blu.steel33 knows. He has access to red carpet so he can get it ordered.

I know everyone who selected direct is anxious and excited to get their tracking numbers. I am going to ask everyone to be as patient as possible.

we had 247 requests for this GB and a large number of those were direct.
 

Collectong/Manta has to:

-prepare each of those individually for shipping

-follow checks and balances to make sure nothing is missed

-print off labels

-send to post office

-prepare a list to send to us to send out. Make sure all the tracking is correct 

etc etc

its a very particular and methodical process, it’s going to take some time. I’m getting tracking in batches and sending them out immediately.

You will get 2 tracking numbers from what I’ve been told but I will follow up

If they are able to come up with a WEA for Fantastic Beasts Crimes of Grindelwald I would be pretty dang excited. I grew up reading the HP books, waiting in line each summer for each release that came out every year. I feel like they did pretty good with the FB films so far. Either way good film or not the boss lady is always fine with me getting anything premium related to Harry Potter or Fantastic Beasts 😅

just a question, I see that the GB for Kimchi GB of Whiplash was posted/opened on March 25.

 

i looked at my notification preferences and it is set in the Kimchi GB thread to receive an email and notification on MP, however I did not receive any email and just checked at my alerts on my profile and received none. Is there something I did wrong ?

Are you receiving any other notifications for other threads you are following? Typically i do the following.

1. I would make sure I am receiving other emails from the other release threads i'm following. 
2. Go to the top of the thread and click on the "Following" icon. then click unfollow. Then follow it again.
3. If that doesn't work then go click on your name at the top right of the page and go to "account settings" and then "email". Retype your email in and hit save and that should do it. 
4. Gmail is typically the best email platform to use.
