I love The Kingcast podcast, and think it's great Scream Factory is bringing them in to record commentaries for this and Silver Bullet. And to have them joined by Mike Flanagan for The Dead Zone?! Oh man, this is awesome! I'll definitely be upgrading from the blu-ray edition for these two.

Agreed.  I’m trying to slow down on spending at the moment and was on the fence about this kind of plain release, even though I love the movie, but that commentary sold me.
