It is indeed from Goldeneye. 'Classic Bond film' is debatable, however.

Wow! That would have been one of my absolute last guesses.  So is that Zukovsky's shadow as doesnt look like Bond's?  Phenomenal movie/N64 game.

Wow, contrary to most other shots where I am more or less confident in my guesses, this one was pretty much based on luck and a little amount of deduction work.

It looked like something from the 80s and I mostly hesitated between AVTAK and this one. 
Off to bed now so will post a new frame tomorrow.
