So it is unfortunately not without flaw but still less than the one I had to destroy ...

I will still make another complaint because for the price of these editions it remains unacceptable on the part of  Queen Studio.

Queen Studios require you to destroy your original one? Is that a part of their policy if you receive a bust of this size that’s defective?

Yes exactly.  I had to destroy the first one before I could receive the replacement Bust.  it would cost so much to return defective busts that destruction is the cheapest way

@Benoit46 Would have been cool if you could have kept it some kind of way, & had someone custom paint it a different color for you. Then have two bust on display but I understand why the company would have you destroy it.
 

Shame the second one still has flaws. I saw a video of the prototype & it looked flawless from that particular video. For the cost if definitely should be as close to prefect as humanly possible.

yes some collectors could resell the Bust with defect and will continue to harm Queen Studio for their image.  

therefore a destruction allows to sort and remove the Busts with default from the market.  

 

yes I agree the Bust deserves to be completely flawless 😊

Alors il n'est malheureusement pas sans défaut mais quand même moins que celui que j'ai dû détruire...

Je vais quand même faire une autre réclamation car pour le prix de ces éditions ça reste inadmissible de la part de Queen Studio.

Sorry to hear that the second bust also has flaws, in that price range it is not okay.

 

 

I wanted to tell French Room that I have 1 copy for FAC Batman Lego Movie left.

 

If anyone would like that or simply take it to help us out please go to the I&Q and post. Maybe someone that was able to get a rare release before due to his premium membership?

 

Sadly moving this to another HUB is not so easy and requires a lot of work, so it would be great to solve it like this.
