So, I recently watched Back to the Future Part III and stumbled upon this.

 

Someone turned the final action sequence involving the train into a silent film with the isolated score. Really neat stuff.

Yeah, they're pretty big schnitzels (some of the photos don't do them justice).

 

Not sure what kind of recipe they use, but the way I make mine is to butterfly and flatten a few breast pieces, crumb in a mixture of Panko bread crumbs, parsley flakes, garlic & onion powder, pepper, parmesan cheese and either deep fry or bake.

I especially love a Schnitzel Semmel (Schnitzel roll) with Salad and mustard and/or ketchup

Yes, another good one.

 

Going off the picture of the schnitzel roll you showed earlier, the best ones here are surprisingly made by asian-owned bakeries.
