A New Member Has Appeared!

Hey everyone!

 

My name is Zac, and I'm also u/SeizerOfThoughtseize on Reddit! I've been collecting steelbooks since 2019 (my first was the old Best Buy Inception steelbook that I found at a Disc Replay for $10) and I've gotten as high as 130 (now down to 92) since then. Some standouts in my collection include the KimchiDVD Memento, the NovaMedia Begin Again (as well as all of Carney's films), my completed Best Buy 4k MCU set, and a few personal favorites like Amelie, Black Swan, and Enemy. When I'm not spending time with movies (which is nearly impossible because of my job), I like to hang out with my cat, cook, and play clarinet and bass clarinet (which I've played for 22 years and 2 years respectively).

Yeah, I hear you, I’m a collector too that started w/Best Buy/Target exclusives that really got me into the Premium editions (I started way back though  & gradually upgraded from VHS to DVD to BD to 4K oh my 🤣). then I was fortunate to find out about this terrific forum MP from another forum I followed & MP took over my #1 place since March ‘19 hey 👋 

 

 

I’m who is referred to as the “consigliere” on MP and the Ol’ American guy 😆 (Ol’ Veum is me) because I do enjoy communicating with all the peeps!😊

Welcome! Gotta love those Best Buy steelbooks! I'm jealous of that Memento release from Kimchi. I just recently ordered my first film from them (Let the Right One In steelbook/lenticular), but I haven't actually gotten or seen it yet. Their releases look top notch though.
