well just had a lovely day today, could i help out on site visit get load of work done 6 blokes dependant on me going for it to happen 🤒
so i agree had to leave 5am drive to work pick van up drive to hatfield. so 2hr 30 mins later im there.
anyway cut a long story short first 2 units in fine (pig of locations over stud walls, not a lot of room for gas hoists), think cracked the back of this just 5 fans to swap over at 13.20pm say so to bloke working with from there i have jinxed it.
by 2pm first one done unit is not working as wiring to another unit we should not be touching, we have to sort out aload of wiring that joins them and other stuff.
anyway took to 4.30pm to fix the lot get all done get the hell out of dodge.
followed by a drive back to work shop and home just got in now at 6.30pm
anyone fancy a swap of my day???

Hi,
I had ordered the OC and paid the first invoice for the cost of the OC, but have not received a shipping invoice yet. Should I have? -

@Pbsw23 wondered where you been upto as gone quite quiet in here now we know why
hope you had a good time, my only issue with going there would be i would want to get in one of those cars.
one thing i would like to do on a bucket list is drive a car doing 200mph or more im easy
i have driven a ferrari my wife bought me a ride in one for 30miles and the v12 sounds soooo sweet,i couldnt cane it too much thought the roozers where sitting up on the motorway bridge above me you will have to try it sometime highly recommended 👍
one other thing i fancy is flying in a spitfire but unfouranately that is £5000 and i cant afford that. but that would be hell of something to do.
@Scary Hair happy birthday ann hope you do something really nice 🤩🤩🤩🤩

@Veum i could make a really rude comment to that but i will refrain
sound like you been a busy morning, so did i sort of goto work at 6.30am before work and installed some electrics on my car before starting at 7.15 ish
then told sweep up nothing to do 🙄
sat there from 8am to 4pm bored out of my head
came home an old neighbour locked himself out after speaking to me.
then had to find a ladder to get over his back fence go threw house and open door to let him back in
anyway first bit of conversation had all day.
anway elses day been eventful?
i just pray to god have something to do tommorrow

I don’t see how not being born at a certain period is relevant. We practically all weren’t born when Chaplin, Hitchcock, Orson Wells, Cary Grant, James Cagney (and many others) made their films - does that mean their legacy should be remembered only by people who are at least fifty?
Calling this actor obscure is a stretch I think.
I have probably seen only one of his films but I do know for certain that he was one of the most celebrated actors in Hollywood.
well for me 43 from the uk i was born in 1975, have i seen film from before my birth no not alot.
i cant comment for other peoples place how much film they have seen for the same scenario but i would hazard a guess they would be they havent seen that much either.
i could be completely off the mark here.
the obscure part is in ref to very early american film as well. what alot dont seem to realise not all film is evloved around america as well. im not trying to take away from Chaplin, Hitchcock, Orson Wells, Cary Grant, James Cagney or any american but the point for me is relevantness of something, someone may have seen as you said in your own words you have only seen one. so whats the chances for everyone else?
sort of be like me asking 'which british inventor who made the first moving pictures on celluloid film in hyde park london in 1889 and went onto patent it in 1890?'
that i would class as obscure and before anyone was born too.
without checking the net you are never going to know so imho not worth asking.
anyway said my bit

Got nothing ☹️
and nor are you likely too, its an american actor finished back in 1967 if im correct and if is correct @R1s1ngs0n you are going to the really obscure now, alot of people werent even born then?
maybe something alittle bit more relevant to the age range of people here?

@Scary Hair keep going ann think about time @R1s1ngs0n had a few questions on the quiz chance to show his knowledge off
