The swastika has been removed on the Zavvi steelbook, but the collector's edition comes with cards and a booklet. Edition #2 is an debossed steelbook with different art.

Might be a worth a look. I see a preorder button on editions 1 and 2 on the US Zavvi site, but when I click on it I'm taken to the homepage.

From what I've pieced together, the IB one-click and Edition #2 were delayed until November. Edition #1 has shipped out. Not sure if Zavvi has any left or not...

I ordered edition #1 and received a shipment notice on Oct 12. No tracking number, though, but hopefully it'll show up on my USPS Informed Delivery dashboard when it gets near.
