On March 16th, 2018 Wicked Vision Media released Guillermo del Toro's "El espinazo del diablo" from 2001 with Marisa Paredes and Eduardo Noriega as number 15 of their "Wicked Vision Collector's Series" in two mediabooks with different artworks, both created by different artists; Cover A was created by Simon Sherry and licensed by Wicked Vision, Cover B was commissioned by Wicked Vision exclusively for this release and was created by Sarah Deck. Both mediabooks are limited to 777 copies each, and they use UV varnish that only get's visible through light reflection.

The release comes with three discs and offers more than 6 hours of bonus material. Subtitles for both movie and extras comes in both, German and English language, the movie itself is available in the original language that is Spanish, as well as a German dubbing. The audio commentary by Guillermo del Toro is in English as well - only the booklet is in German - so with exception of the package this is an English-friendly release.
