Welcome to the bottom of the barrel folks... the correct answer was Die Another Day! The absolutely ludicrous scene near the end where Moneypenny fantasizes about Bond in VR goggles. 

 

 

I didn't think this one would be as challenging as it was, I thought the monitor in the bottom right would've narrowed it down a bit. Well played everyone.

I hope you realize that what you achieved here is quite extraordinary. If I weren't so afraid of failing on a Bond movie I love or have seen numerous times, this one would have probably been solved way earlier. I need to rely on my instincts more often and go with the movies I dislike if I don't recognize the frame within the first few tries.
