I was 99% sure it was Craig in that frame but being that QOS is my least favorite Bond film (I've only seen it once and that was one time too many), I had no recollection whatsoever of a night-time scene where it snows.

If I am thinking correctly that scene was right near the end of the movie, and was a pretty important scene.  Although the movie was pretty difficult to stay awake during, and it is one of my least favorite ones as well, so I also don't remember that much about QOS.

I didn't like Quantum when I first saw it, but it grew on me a lot the second time around. I've watched it a few times now. There's a lot of really interesting stylistic choices that I appreciate, such as the designed title cards for location changes, the silence during the opera gun fight/chase, the intense opening car chase (which I admit is a little too Bourne inspired). It's a great disc in terms of audio as well. 

 

Anyway...  Live and Let Die is my guess for next one.
