My next guess was going to be Dr. No, but then you mentioned from a pre-title sequence. Don't think Dr. No has a pretitle sequence.  Either way might as well get it crossed off the list.  Very nice entry.  Trying to remember something like this in pre-title sequences.  I haven't given up yet.  Dr. No?

DN has no pre-title sequence 😆

 

Might as well give you the full image. This PTS is easily in my top 5 and a big reason for that is this beautiful blue filter in which it was shot.

Whenever I see the blue filter I think OHMSS... but that does not look like a beach to me. 🤣

It is actually OHMSS, just before we see Bond's Aston Martin heading for the beach.

Wow, did not see that coming! I didn't recall anything other than the beach setting opening that film. This challenge has informed me that I desperately need to rewatch the entire Bond film lineup.
