  1. That’s what I told myself too! I previously got The Mission Lenti, Hannibal, Children of Men and As Above So Below steels too, they’re all lovely editions. Especially The Mission 😍
  2. @deckard99 @Scary Hair @psychoscot @RileyLad @R1s1ngs0n @ksosk @Benoit46 @LeGonze @Casiusco @Intentcoin @extantsrevenge@Robertm89 @Masterblaster You guys might be interested in this OC, I had missed its release and it’s a lovely little number!
  3. I’ve bought a few times now from them and they have been fantastic in terms of customer service and delivery (fast and well packed). That’s Taiwanese Dollars, they’re based in Taiwan. I saw some of their other releases in this Taiwan forum, I think they may have been called CX before...?
  4. Thanks Mike! As @KillerBoots_tm points out, it worked out at $114 including shipping which I think is pretty good for what it is 👍 I’ve got the 4K discs to pop in too just to complete it.
  5. Just received this today and absolutely love it. Much prefer the designs and embossing on these rather than the bland 4K steels that came out some time back. In-hand, the box feels lovely with its solid black lacquer and magnetic flap. Photos attached. Also have to say Sofa Cinema are brilliant with shipping - very fast and solidly packed.
  6. Jurassic Park Ultimate Trilogy Steelbook Box (Blu-ray) [Taiwan]Release: Out Now!
  7. Heard this is awesome and very underrated. What did you think, Mike?
  8. Was wondering this myself yesterday, along with 1917 and Scarface - hopefully soon!
  9. Day 1: Started with the SL. So far so good. Also day 1: Caved with the FS. Damn, that’s two copies now. Day 2: OC!? What did I just do?!
  10. 100% agree, I’m one of the 8 - love this one! Can’t wait to see how the lenti looks with that cover!
  11. Nice one Ann, I have this on my list and is one of those where you go against the grain and with your gut that you’ll like it since it gets a terrible score on IMDb. I like Liam Cunningham, looking forward to this!
  12. Hey @RAK I’m seeing it used on eBay for $4-5 for both region 1 and 2 versions. Unless you need it brand new..? Great film, haven’t seen it for years though!
  13. Great film! Managed to catch this at a small independent cinema when it came out. Did you enjoy it?
  14. Huge thank you to the gentleman and scholar that is Mike @Veum! Very thoughtful and spot-on!! 3 very nice additions to my Criterion collection - I have been wanting to see Haxan and Red Beard and I love Grand Budapest Hotel 😊😊 Also in line with my horror taste, a great wee Hannibal Lecter Funko figure and gothic mouse mat! Love the Snoopy card too as well as the sweets which I’ve already eaten 😂 Really appreciate it sir, hope you and the family have a brilliant day. Lastly - thanks to Eli @R1s1ngs0n for his time in organising this great event that has brought us all together in this very trying time. Wishing all the MP staff and members a very merry Christmas 🎄🎄 Rory
  15. You are so very welcome @Veum! Glad you like the gifts and hope you have a great day ahead! We are having a long lie at the moment and once the wife has woken from her slumber I look forward to getting stuck into yours 😊🙏🏻🎄🎅🏻
  16. I was about to post on here asking folks for comparisons to other films and general opinions as I was undecided on joining the GB! But then spotted the trailer from my friend @Veum which tipped me over the edge 😊 Not sure why it has the low rating online, looks intense! Thanks @Veumand merry Christmas all!
  17. Very kind message, thank you sir! All the best to you and the family, enjoy the festive period to the extants you can 🎄🎅🏻
  18. Haven’t heard of this one, will need to check it out! What was your rating /10, Mike?
  19. Thanks so much for the message @Grendel appreciate it! Had no idea about the anime thread so thanks for telling me, I’ll join that now 😊 I’ll make sure to post a pic soon of my collection!
  20. Attack on Titan - finally got around to getting stuck into this and enjoying it so far! Some anime I get really engaged in while others I really can't get into, but so far I'm enjoying it (3 episodes in so still early). Dialogue isn't cheesy, animation is pretty solid (the titans are pretty eery) and the story moves along quickly with each episode being under 30 minutes. I'm late to the party on this series but if you're even more tardy than me, I recommend it!
