    Hey Konanyeah , trust me i understand your frustration..... i went through the same thing with my matrix triology boxset. John and i spoke quite a bit.... the boxset came after 5 months..... but trust me John and his team work hard and keep us posted. I know how you feel, I FELT THE SAME EXACT WAY..... frustrated that i paid and was waiting months for my item. john cant control customs or what happens in shipping. This pandemic messed all of that up. Just give them your trust and your package will pop up! These are good people here!
