That's weird. I get both options, shipping and in-store pickup. Maybe it depends on your area?

Probably, IDK... I know Ford V Ferrari did come back later (it was good for both, then shipping was not an option, then it was) for shipping and I jumped fast on it, maybe the same will happen for The Town🤞

Well, it would definitely be a bit more to cover the shipping (to you) and materials, so it's up to you.  My guess is that a catalog title like this will not be too hard to pick up after release.
