The GB is open for lenti and FS only. Boxsets were sold out weeks ago.

This seems to be a trend lately. Weet, Manta, CM all have had delays due to supplier quality issues. I guess part of it could be supply chain related, but I think retailers in general know that collectors have very high expectations these days (just look at the difference between now and early premiums!) . The delays are lousy but I think it's actually really great that retailers are looking to raise the bar and won't accept sub-par printing & materials.

Connery was the best hands down, but Moore did a fine job and kept the franchise going. After Moore I feel like the franchise lost it's way and I pretty much lost interest.

I feel like I've said this a million times but some refuse to listen. If you have a question on your invoice then PM John. Venting in I&Q and posting specific invoice amounts just gets others riled up and creates confusion since the costs vary greatly for each member/country. Especially since members vent without knowing the size and weight of the package, don't factor in  exchange rates (the dollar and euro are 1:1!), among MANY other things. Why can't venting be done in PM with us? At least we can respond with some explanations for that specific invoice. - Ken

Posting an occasional update is fine but lately this thread has become dominated by daily posts that say the same thing over and over "I haven't received mine yet!". That really isn't helpful to anyone, especially as it concerns direct orders and nothing to do with MP. For our MP copies, I post updates in I&Q when I have news. I don't post daily updates saying "nothing new today". So I'm just asking for less pure venting and more being informative/helpful type posts, like that you got tracking, or have some news, or better yet that you received and here are some photos. 

@Simone I think you need to adjust your expectations. CM does not ship all copies at the same time. They are done in batches and usually shipped over a period of weeks. Complaining here is pointless since this has nothing to do with MP. If you have an issue please contact CM directly. - Ken

Damage is definitely a concern. Last couple of times they shipped to me they used a box, so I'm crossing my fingers. Luckily I'm not too fussy with minor issues as these will be opened and enjoyed. Just hope no major damage this time. 

Zavvi does not make slips that can compare with premium retailers like Weet, HDZeta, etc. so if that's your expectation that you're probably going to be disappointed. To me Zavvi is in the space between mass market and premium along with outfits like Arrow, ToC, and Second Sight. If I see a steelbook I like for $35 but I can also get a version with slip & goodies for $50, then usually I go for the $50 one since the difference is not much. In this case, even if the slip isn't that great I'd like to have the book, so for me it's worth it. YMMV!
