I guess I will unfollow "Worldwide" risking missing out on some group buy since this is being used like a youtube channel.
Super annoying. -
can someone tell me how to not receive these notifications/e-mails. i am signed up to get notifications of new group buys and have been getting a bunch of these.
-
I snagged from wdpung and also ordered "Irreversible" Full Slip.
He the Korean sellers have good prices, pretty close to what it would cost direct, and maybe cheaper on shipping. Only issue for anyone might be are things packed as well, and with Plain Archive releases they don't get the outside stickers. If that is important then that could be an issue.
Thanks again for the help.

Be interested to see what art they use and on what, but be really hard to beat the Nova version. Thank you for the tag angel MWAH!!
I am glad to se, and will be interesting to see what they do. I actually don't think it will be that hard to do something worth wanting both.
T o be honest, I felt the Pulp Fiction release of the 4 they did, Pulp was the weakest. There was 2 of the 3 I thought was really weak. But I got the one-click as I really liked the box and had the others so wanted for a set, but yea, the full slip with Uma Thurman was really the only one I liked.
Just my opinion of course.Michael

Thank you.

Beautiful.
I looked on NovaMedia and listed as Sold Out as well, but it also states releasee date of July 30th. maybe the sold out status could change as it gets closer to release date?
I know typically it will have pre-order info and all that, so doubtful it is not sold out but weird there was no release ever talked about and yet it is sold out?

Here’s a link to the Info & Questions section. Copy Paste your request there to make sure it’s noticed by the right member.
Ah, perfect. I could not find anywhere. Will do that now.
Thanks for the help.

@deckard99

Appreciate it it if possible.

@mgurau Creating a GB is a multi step process. It actually needs to go up as "coming soon" so that I can do some testing before activating the buttons and changing to "open". I needed to do some tweaks which is why there was a slight delay.
And Thank you for all your hard work that makes t possible for us. Appreciate it.

For future references if I or any other member post the link to a new Group Buy you will know if it’s in the Open Stage by looking in the area I have highlighted. If I can I post the link early & in that area it originally said “Coming Soon”. Once the Group Buy is officially open then that area highlighted Updates.
Cool. Was weird, I saw all that but wasn't let me do anything. ?
Only saw one name at that time. Could just be needed to give it a minute to uh, something....and then work. Lol.
All good,
ThanksMichael

Hi @mgurau It's open now. When it says "coming soon" in the title it means we're working on the setup. Title is now updated to "Open" and the green buttons have been activated
Thanks.
I got in........ Woo hoo- 1

^^ Good point @mgurau.
There are I suppose a variety of reasons for us to consider what's a "premium", to us.
Is provision of what is considered the best PQ/AQ for a title sufficient?
Or does it require the glitz, glamour and artwork provided by "Premium Retailers" which I think 15 years ago, might have been called "Bootleg Retailers" heh.
Anyway, maybe it's a combination of both for many of us.
Which do I desire most though? the Double Lenti poster/booklet/card edition or the one that has been proven to provide (heh) the best PQ/AQ?
Well fortunately, we can buy both.
I'm not putting a halo on Crit. don't misunderstand 😉 but man, they have a really great track record.
🙂
Exactly. Good points.
I think for me, I do associate Criterion with the highest quality but they don't always go all out on the packaging. Sometimes, more so on the box sets. In this case, Benjamin Button was a pretty bare bones release for them.
I would consider anything by them to be a premium, but because there 2 sides to that, it hits 1 but not other (packaging). So might want more.I do think if they did a David Fincher box set, they would go all out. Would be so nice. Which leads me to Arrow. Those box sets are amazing. The just announced pre-order for "The Game" which looks killer.

Very nice.. Is this the only premium edition out there for this very fine film?
Depends on if you consider Criterion a "Premium" or not.

Can you explain your reasons for disliking the film you can add you comments in a spoiler tag if you need to. Personally I liked the movie, but it doesn’t match all the hype. People talk about the movie like it’s a masterpiece
I can't speak to much to the movie as I turned it off after 30 minutes. Joaquin's character was super annoying. I could not stand him.

Wow, every one of those is beautiful. I already got the Umania edition so I won’t be double dipping on this. But I’m excited for all of you who will be getting this.
Yea, that U'mania Lenticular is the nicest and remains. I had but sold. Once I watched the movie I hated it and so sold it.
Still a beautiful release though.

This is the updated beauty shot for the Japan trilogy edition.
The initial art of ammunitions turns out to be the digipak inner art.
Extremely excited about the final front design for the digipak. Also, Amazon orders include an additional steelbook although the listing I saw showed the same design as the Netherlands steelbook design, which is different from the one listed on Amazon originally.
@rejimi31 @eichan621 @musoeriuta @windspeed80kmh
Do you know which one will be the final steelbook design?
This,
From what I was able to figure out is there is multiple listings. For different prices. So both pics you show, there is versions with both. And to make matters worse it seems they keep changing.
I see a listing for the Collectors edition Trilogy by itself for ¥11,011. (roughly $104.64 and that is before shipping)Then I see a listing for the Netherlands art type steelbook with the bonus Steelbook New Japan exclusive art for ¥8,470.
Then I see a listing for the Collectors Edition Trilogy with the bonus Steelbook pictured that is new art (the 1st photos) for ¥15,400. (roughly $146.35 and that is before shipping)Then I see a listing for the Japanese Blu-ray edition with the bonus Steelbook New Japan exclusive art for ¥6,380.
Having the Netherlands type art, my interest is in the Collectors trilogy and Japan unique Steel but at $145 even before shipping.?? Even the trilogy by itself is $104.
I will leave links for the 4 I am discussing that I have saved another time if you want, the site is being buggy right now.- 2

Thanks John,
All good. I think I was confused as using the term group buy but meant just notifications of some releases there, like the John Wick 3 Netherlands release we got, so it has been good to follow.
I apologized to Marvel & DC Fanatics.
Sorry for the drama.
