This and That (Where Great Conversations Are Happening)

3 More Days Until Halloween!!! Time to rev up your chainsaws with Ash and Leatherface! -
I had forgot about Cemetery of Terror and Grave Robbers (need to watch them again)! I have the Scorpion Releasing/Ronin Flix Version of City of the Living Dead, and the Arrow one, and both are good, but have some different special features, but can't wait for the Cauldron version! Also, Severin released Zombi 3 & 4, but only Zombi 3 is a direct continuation of Zombi 2.
-
I do for sure! The George Romero and Italian ones are more serious in nature. Not to say there isn't some hijinx occassionally. Here are my recommendations: Romero Series: Night of the Living Dead Dawn of the Dead Day of the Dead Land of the Dead Diary of the Dead Survival of the Dead Italian Zombie Films: Zombi 2 (Also called Zombie) Zombi 3 Zombi 4 (Also called After Death) Virus (Also called Hell of the Living Dead) City of the Living Dead (Also called Gates of Hell) Nightmare City (Also called City of the Walking Dead) Also, check out Flesh Eater, which has the return of a zombie from Night of the Living Dead.

Good morning@goose_3387! Can I get a banner created with my name on this picture? Just checked out Monster Hives, and it's pretty cool. Thank you! -
Last night we went with an 80s classic! Dan O'Bannon's Return of the Living Dead in 4K by Shout Factory.
-
I sure did, and for the price it well worth it. I had it sent to my Japan address, so I can get a big box of goodies from there.
-
That is amazing! I'm waiting on my set to arrive.

We finished up Universal Monsters 4K Part 1 with The Invisible Man. A great movie by James Whale starring Claude Rains. Yes, I know I went out of order, but I like The Wolf Man more than The Invisible Man. But's it's nice to see The Wolf Man's Dad as The Invisible Man too.

Happy Hump Day! 5 Days to Halloween, time to Free Freddy! -
Thank you Grendel! Now to get the other partners to this set (Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball GT, and Dragon Ball: The Movies).
-
An amazing collection @Reagh! What kind of setup do you have for watching movies/series?

Last night we finished House of Dragon with the finale and it was damn good! And of course had to sneak in another horror film. This round was The Wolf Man starring Lon Chaney Jr. and directed by George Waggner.

One Week Until Halloween! Get them Ghouls and Ghosts ready! -
We took a break on Friday, but on Satudary was Universal's Dracula from 1931, starring Bela Legosi and directed by Tod Browning. Last night was Universal Monsters' Frankenstein from 1931 starring Boris Karloff and directed by James Whale. What is nice is watching these on 4K, as you really get to see better clarity without the removal of film grain. Universal did very well on this set.

Thank you all for the heads up about this guy. That Dances of Wolves set did look good, but not worth the chance. 11 Days to Halloween! -
Last night was John Landis' An American Werewolf in London. It was great to watch it in 4K from Arrow.
