I'd be happy to have it too! It was on my list, but I've scratched it off after lucking my way into a Manta FS. I do really like Manta's digibooks, though, and this one looks especially gorgeous. Congrats!

LOL SAME!!! I ordered the FNAC variant steelbook and am waiting for Best Buy to list theirs. Meanwhile, I’m also on pins and needles waiting for Manta to announce their plans for this flick. Haven’t even seen the movie yet… 😂😂😂

I finally scored my first HDZeta steel with 300! I’d been wanting it for a while, ever since seeing it featured here some months back. Such a great set! And I love that HDZeta included a spare hub in the steelbook for me to put my 4K disc in. 🤩 Still gonna hold onto The Complete Experience digibook, though. That one’s too cool to part with!

Any group buys for this one? It doesn't look like HMV ships to the US. I just put in an order for the FNAC exclusive, waiting on Best Buy to list theirs, and now want to get the question mark variant to complete the set! 🤣 -
Received my order from Criterion’s recent 50% flash sale today! I’ll admit, I am kinda bummed about the lack of a slipcase for TRAFFIC and my OCD is raging… 😂 BUT! The pop-up Godzilla in that digibook more than makes up for it! What an incredible surprise — so freaking cool!

I had an eBay seller send me pics of how the steel was being packaged for safety, just as a courtesy. Pretty cool! And it gave me a really positive first impression and bit of confidence that it’ll arrive safe and sound. I remember when Amazon was small and took care of its customers. Ordering books or movies, they’d shrink wrap them to a board, which was glued to the bottom of the box, and then packed with bubble wrap or those air bag thingies. You’d think they were shipping you an infant it was so swaddled in layers of protection. Those were the days, man. They don’t do it like that anymore… -

Me too, although I’m holding off on that one. Saw photos online of how they shipped out that limited Ghosbusters boxset by just slapping a shipping label on it and sending it out as-is. Not even a mailer box or bag, completely unprotected, just the plastic wrap it came in and nothing more. Utterly ridiculous. -
What would you guys think of Manta Lab using this Japanese poster art? Where would you like to see it featured if they do?

That feeling when Amazon sends you your copy of the 300 4K Blu-ray and the slipcase is crushed and beat to hell, and the Amray case is cracked. But you don't care because you've got a copy of the HDZeta DL steel on the way to house the disc in and were intending on pitching the Amray and retail slip anyway! 🤣 -
Speculation time! Given that Manta revealed their Matrix Resurrections digibook so close to the release of the regular retail disc, I'm hoping this means we see something about The Batman digibook soon. Rumor has it the that standard 4K/Blu-ray retails near the end of May (unconfirmed but 🤞), so if there's a digibook, and I'm hoping that there is, we shouldn't have to wait too much longer to see what the art is. I'll be aiming for that and the one click!

I had no idea Manta Lab had done that many digibooks. I have their Godzilla vs Kong and The Suicide Squad and love the heck out of them. I'd love to get a copy of Dune, but with the steel release coming up I'll probably skip it. The aftermarket costs are looking at bit too steep for my tastes. Really hoping they do one for The Batman soon, though!

Same. I'm sure it'll look incredible, but I just cannot bring myself to buy yet another version of these flicks yet again. 🤣 Especially since the 4K releases haven't even had any of the special features from the previous Blu-ray appendices. I'm kinda LOTR'd out at this point.
