  1. So, just saw a video of the unboxing of the collector's edition.  Of course it looks like the 4K banner and UK ratings are printed on the slip, but now Disney even went so far to not put artwork on the back.  It is just a printed on version of what used to be on a jcard with the details about the film.  So happy I c worded my order a couple weeks before release.

Disney really is trying everything to get people to not purchase physical media even with so called "collectors editions".  It really is sad and disappointing. 😞

    Not Goldeneye either, I’m afraid.

Truth be told, even I would have trouble guessing this one as (quite shockingly) it’s a movie I’ve only seen once in its entirety.

Once only, that is surprising. 😮  Hmm, well I know which ones I can rule out.  Seems like that gets me down to 7 choices.  No Time to Die?

Well it looks like an old door, but is it an old door in a newer movie, or it could be an old door in an old movie, or wait it could still be a new door in an older movie or a new door in a newer movie. Oh dear... 🤔

Well, every now and then I actually guess one correctly, rock on!

Next one ...  Hope this isn't a duplicate, been a bunch so far so hoping it isn't.

  5. @Gary K excellent idea for this challenge.  Very interesting to hear how everyone started out in this world of premiums.

    1. First ever premium I purchased was a Blufans Guardians of the Galaxy 2.  I purchased it opened on Ebay.  Really just bought it for the steelbook, because the steelbook looked amazing.  Knew nothing about Blufans, but the gloss, colors, and detail on the steelbook were incredible, and I definitely was on the lookout for more Blufans steelbooks after this.

    2. The second premium I bought was Blufans Avengers Mondo, although I had no idea it was a Blufans edition.  There is still no mention of Blufans anywhere on it, as it seems like the sticker was removed.  This was also bought opened on Ebay as a random purchase.  Absolutely loved the creative artwork on the steelbook and was just starting to purchase other Mondo steelbooks around that time.

    3. The third premium I bought was the Captain America First Avenger Kimchi.  This was also purchased opened on Ebay.  From the pictures and description it looked like I was just purchasing the opened steelbook, so I thought that would be the only thing sent.  Instead the seller sent the lenticular slip and the extras along with the steelbook.

4,5,6 WeET Spiderman 1,2, and 3 fullslips from Media Psychos (they all came together so included them all even though it was supposed to be only 5).  After just a few prior premiums I set my eyes on the WeET Spiderman editions and had read that Media Psychos would be a good place to participate in groupbuys, so I signed up for Media Psychos, read all the requirements for participating in groupbuys, and signed up for the WeET groupbuy.  Thanks @Scary Hair for updating me about all of the information necessary to join a Media Psychos groupbuy.  Everyone at Media Psychos has always been very welcoming and helpful.  It really is a great uplifting community.  It is awesome to be in the presence of so many other psychos who have a passion for collecting these premiums!

I’m out of points for today so I will just respond—Tomorrow Never Dies is good, I think it’s underrated for sure. Love Jonathan Pryce’s unhinged media magnate villain, and Michelle Yeoh’s always great.

Just never really got into TND.  First time the story was not enough to keep me awake.  The car scene in the parking garage is fun, and the helicopter and motorcycle scenes are also great.  Have probably only seen it three times, but really never enjoyed it.  I think since it came after Goldeneye, I just had higher expectations.  Probably should give it another shot sometime.

Ok, let's see what we are left with...

DN, GF, TB & YOLT - out of the question.

    OHMSS - inconceivable.

LALD - my favorite Moore by far, so it better not be it.

    OP - hmmm 🤔

GE - a fan favorite (me not being one of them) so unlikely.

TND - my favorite Brosnan but not improbable.

TWINE - a proper stinker, but I played it in the last round so logic dictates it's probably another film... or is it? 😅

    CR - same as GE.

SF - a very devisive entry among fans. some adore it, some hate it.

    I'm going with TND.

That is absolutely correct!  This is from Tomorrow Never Dies.  I believe this is Wai Lin being dropped into the ocean surrounded by fire.

    A View To A Kill ?

Another good guess as I have fallen asleep watching two Bond movies before, and A View To A Kill was one of those two; however this scene is not from that movie.

    The Living Daylights?

No not that, I actually enjoyed the Dalton movies, although at times I think I could have probably fallen asleep during the Living Daylights, so good guess there.

No clue. No Time To Die ?

No that isn't it either.  To be honest I probably wouldn't have guessed this one as well, as I think fell asleep while trying to watch this movie the first time.  In other words I don't consider it a good movie.
