Well, people took to Twitter and suggested things like a coin toss to determine who goes first or even changing the colours of the pieces themselves.

There was an interesting debate over an article that was posted over here a couple of days ago about whether or not Chess was racist, seeing as how you'd generally have black and white pieces where white goes first.

One of my longest searches has finally paid off.  Thanks to friends in Germany, I was able to get my hands on it for a reasonable price, so both my kidneys are still there.

Now, only 1 boxset to find and my collection is complete ✌️

Man, I've only been able to find 2 on eBay and both will require more than just my kidneys. 😥
